If getting the latest clinical training to improve your technical skills in dentistry were the answer to long-term success in the dental business, then not a single Dentist would have a need or want for a better practice – they’d be so well-off financially, they’d want for nothing – not even added leisure time or more money.
Clinical training improves “tech skills.” It does nothing to improve business skills, your marketing acumen, your financial smarts.
For example, learning to treatment plan and place implants is the tech/clinical side. Knowing the “how” does not automatically increase your income. However, presenting and selling the implants will increase your income.
